Echopass is a company that specializes in hosted contact centers and on-demand call center solutions. Its goal is to work alongside partners to innovate within the call center space, delivering solutions designed to improve the customer experience, increase brand loyalty, enhance operational efficiency and leverage a company’s assets to increase value.
As part of an ongoing effort to increase its stable of partners, Echopass has brought in BluIP as the latest member of its EchoPlace Partner Network.
BluIP is a company that specializes in hosted PBX (News - Alert) services. Its goal is to make it so companies do not have to buy and maintain their own on-premises equipment. By hosting the solution in the cloud, BluIP can save companies a great deal of money and provide enhanced capabilities.
By integrating with Echopass, BluIP can provide services to enterprise customers, allowing those customers to move their contact centers to the cloud while achieving flexibility, scalability and lower total cost of ownership.
"We are delighted to become part of the EchoPlace network and a partner of Echopass," Jacob Lee, senior vice president of business development and strategic alliances at BluIP, said in a statement. "With Echopass, we're able to expand our reach for Hosted PBX into the large enterprise segment, and partner with the market leader for hosted and cloud-based contact centers."
"Our EchoPlace Partner Network continues to grow through carefully selected best in class partners who understand the cloud model and provide complementary services for a completely integrated customer solution," added David Tso, senior vice president, Product and Strategy at Echopass. "BluIP helps us meet the needs of large enterprises who want to more fully embrace their cloud-based environment with both the contact center and PBX hosted in the cloud."
