Noble Systems' Portfolio Now Includes Hosted and Premises-based Solutions from Stratasoft

October 01, 2012

Noble Systems (News - Alert) has recently acquired the technology assets of Houston-based contact center technology firm Stratasoft (News - Alert) for an undisclosed amount.

Atlanta-based Noble Systems is known for its suit of unified contact center technology solutions, designed to allow companies to more effectively communicate with their customers via multiple channels, including inbound / outbound / blended voice, e-mail, fax and Web. Its contact center management solutions have been designed to help increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and improve the quality of each contact.

The acquisition of Stratasoft will enable the company to further expand its portfolio by including Stratasoft’s on-premises predictive dialing, contact center database management, contact center campaign scripting, predictive dialing algorithms, and contact center management systems. Moreover, the acquisition will enable the company to extend its reach to Strtasoft’s global clientele.

Founded in 1995, Stratasoft has continued to expand it footprint worldwide. The company’s technology is being used in diverse sectors including financial services, telecommunications, outsourcing, vacation ownership, and more. The organization currently has nearly 100 employees, who will be absorbed by Noble Systems.

“Incorporating Stratasoft's technology and services into Noble Systems is a big win for Stratasoft clients around the world. They are joining a team with the vision, innovation and financial stability to meet their needs today and help power their growth in the future,” president and CEO of Noble Systems James K. Noble said in a statement.

“Noble Systems is clearly the best path forward for our clients, partners and personnel. As part of the Noble Systems team, we'll be able to move forward with the innovation and support our clients expect. What's more, they will gain access to Noble Systems' resources and experience in providing quality premise and cloud-based call center solutions,” former CEO of Stratasoft, Asim Saber added.

In other news, Noble Systems recently revealed that it has acquired assets from ALI Solutions, Inc (formerly Austin Logistics (News - Alert)), an award-winning provider of contact center analytics applications. The transaction includes all intellectual property and assets including Vincio, CallTech and OnQ, ALI’s award-winning flagship suite of contact center solutions.
