Indosoft Introduces Web-based Visual Call Flow Builder

Indosoft (News - Alert) has introduced an easy to use Visual Dialplan Builder that provides graphical icons representing the extensive Q-Suite ACD and Asterisk commands within a drag and drop frame-work.


The company has announced the launch of its next generation Web based Visual Call Flow Builder, which unleashes the complete functionality of Q-Suite ACD and the underlying Asterisk PBX (News - Alert) by providing a powerful visual modeling tool for building Call Flow and IVR applications

Indosoft is the developer of Q-Suite, the popular Contact Center ACD and Dialer Software for Asterisk (News - Alert). The company notes that Contact Centers using Q-Suite can build with ease, sophisticated IVR and call routing to fulfill the most demanding call flow requirements of their customers.

"After working extensively with customers and partners, Indosoft has introduced this next generation Call Flow and Dialplan building tool for Q-Suite to benefit its users", said Gabe Bourque, chief executive officer at Indosoft.

Visual Call Flow Builder includes graphical icons that represent all the IVR and call routing functions available within the contact center platform. An intuitive and graphical tool helps users to create and deploy powerful call flow, IVR and Dialplan applications within Q-Suite.

“This is one more tool within our contact center software, with simple drag and drop tool-set for business users to build powerful IVR applications,” said Bourque.

“The availability of well developed .NET and Socket API within Q-Suite CTI (News - Alert) library along with the rich extensive reporting and monitoring capabilities has allowed Q-Suite to establish itself as the leading contact center software for Asterisk.”

Indosoft was in news last month for announcing the availability of Mobile Agent Phone (News - Alert) Login, to allow mobile employees to be a part of the ACD (Automatic Call Distributor).
