Hosted Contact Center Provider Five9 Partners with NovaTel

In a bid to expand the reach of their products, hosted contact center solutions provider, Five9, has announced a partnership with NovaTel, Ltd, a U.S.-based provider of international long distance services to domestic and international call centers.
 
The joint marketing agreement between the two companies will allow NovaTel to resell the Five9 Virtual Call Center in the US, Philippines, India and in Latin America.
 
“Hosted call center applications are a value added service that can create tremendous flexibility for our domestic and offshore call center customers,” said Michael V. Parker, COO of NovaTel, Ltd.
 
“With Five9, we will be able to offer customers additional advanced, on-demand call center solutions that require just a PC and broadband connection to deploy - a valuable service during this growth period of the call center market space.”
 
With Five9 Virtual Call Center products, companies are able to build an advanced call center anywhere in the world.

The hosted contact center makes it possible to not only save on cost, but also eliminates the need for premise based equipment, so NovaTel's customers and build and change the size of their contact centers, quickly, and as needed.
