inContact Appoints Mariann McDonagh, Formerly with Verint Systems, as its New Chief Marketing Officer

Hosted call center solutions provider inContact has appointed Mariann McDonagh, former senior vice president of corporate marketing for Verint (News - Alert) Systems, as its new chief marketing officer.


A seasoned veteran of the call center software industry, McDonagh brings deep knowledge in demand generation, channel enablement and brand enhancement strategies to inContact.

At Verint, which specializes in workforce optimization and analytics, she played a key role in helping the company grow its revenue from $150 million to $650 million in just five years.

In addition to her experience at Verint, McDonagh has led marketing and business development efforts for several leading technology companies including Xtralis LTD, Cheyenne Software, election.com and CMP Media.

In her new role McDonagh will oversee all of inContact's marketing and business development activities.
