Ringio (News - Alert), a provider of CRM phone solutions to small and medium businesses, has unveiled a new hosted call center application designed to improve customer service at inbound and outbound call centers. Ringio claims to be the first cloud-based Rich Calling Service that intelligently routes calls to any phone along with relevant information about the caller.

The new hosted call center solution, Ringio Call Center, allows call centers to work together from multiple locations to respond to calls intelligently and quickly. Ringio Call Center expands Ringio Technology Platform capabilities. The solution now supports Queuing and virtual automatic call distributor (ACD). It empowers businesses to reduce call wait time and make better, informed conversation with every customer.

“The IVR and smart call queuing seamlessly connect customers or prospects to the call center agents,” said Ashish Soni, CTO of Ringio, in a statement. “The virtual automatic call distributor (ACD) routes calls to agents based on their availability and knowledge about the caller.”

The call center solution also comes with all the core features of Ringio’s virtual PBX (News - Alert). The plug-n-play CRM-phone integration with the real time screen popup makes Ringio’s cloud based call center application more powerful than similar products, according to company officials.

An advantage of Ringio’s hosted call center application is that it can be set up on computers and mobile devices from many locations in a matter of minutes. Since the application works on the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) model, companies can save large upfront cost. Customers also get knowledgeable responses in the shortest possible time.

“Call centers have hundreds or thousands of daily opportunities to make a positive brand impression.” said Sam Aparicio (News - Alert), CEO of Ringio, in a statement. “With Ringio Call Center, you can empower agents to turn each phone interaction into a relationship building opportunity. “When everyone can see who is calling, and gets the right info on their computer screens, there's a magic transformation in people's attitude towards the customer.”

Ringio’s Rich Calling Service allows small and medium-size businesses to enhance conversations with context about the caller. As a result companies can significantly improve their interaction and service with the people who matter to their business.
