Technology can provide your business with the edge it needs to compete, but deciding which technology is right for your business can be a challenge. Many businesses are adopting cloud-based applications to improve agility and reduce IT requirements. Cloud-based applications are hosted in a secure data center maintained by a service provider and delivered as an easy to use service suite. One solution that may be right for your business is a cloud-based call center – a hosted environment that enables users to perform product support, answer inquiries, collect payments, and complete sales via an Internet connection.

Indosoft (News - Alert) Inc.’s partner TeleSpeak is expanding to offer managed hosted contact center services using Q-Suite, a multi-tenant call center software for Asterisk (News - Alert). This will allow TeleSpeak to offer “Contact Center Anywhere,” its new managed services platform within its portfolio of cloud-based services. The company’s services are targeted towards inbound and outbound contact centers requiring multi-channel services including voice, Web, e-mail, chat and social media.

For more than a decade, Indosoft has been a global provider of its multi-tenant contact center suite, Q-Suite. The company has continued to deploy call center software to medium and large contact centers across the globe.

TeleSpeak provides collaborative, PBX (News - Alert), fixed mobile convergence and contact center solutions for mobile and distributed businesses. TeleSpeak’s suite of cloud-based services allow organizations to communicate effectively in today’s global market.

“The core of the “Contact Center AnyWhere” is a powerful call center ACD and Dialer platform for distributed call center setup. Our cost effective solution will effortlessly replace expensive legacy call center technologies with a powerful next generation platform with Workforce Management integration and Voice Recording analytics,” said Chance Myers, chief sales and marketing officer at TeleSpeak, in a statement.

Q-Suite is a next generation contact center automatic call distributor (ACD) that leverages the technology of Asterisk PBX, Linux, MySQL and Apache to provide a feature-rich, cost-effective solution. As it’s designed to work in a distributed environment within private and public clouds, its flexibility allows for setting up a partitioned multi-tenant deployment or a single tenant contact center to match individual organization needs.

Justin Traer, director of support services at Indosoft, added, “Q-Suite 5.7 allows managed and hosted service providers to offer advanced call center ACD, skills based routing, Queue priority, Dialer, Real-time Wallboards, Historical reporting, Web services integration, ability to theme the look and feel, Visual IVR builder and Agent Customer Interaction Script Builder, all out-of-the-box.”
