inContact to Present at the Eighth Annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference

inContact, a provider of on-demand call center software and call center agent optimization tools, revealed its plan to participate in the eighth annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference to be held on June 1, 2011 in Minneapolis.


The eighth annual Craig-Hallum Conference consists of numerous one-on-one meetings arranged by Craig-Hallum with investors. Investors planning to attend the conference can contact their Craig-Hallum representative to arrange a meeting. The conference is believed to reflect the Group’s on-going commitment to identifying and introducing investment opportunities to its clients.

inContact has been helping call centers around the globe create profitable customer experiences through its portfolio of cloud-based call center software solutions. The company’s services and solutions enable call centers to operate more efficiently, optimize the cost and quality of every customer interaction, create new pathways to profit and ensure ongoing customer-centric business improvement and growth.

Recently, inContact also said that its sixth annual inContact User Conference (ICUC) is to be held in Salt Lake City, September 12-15, with the theme, “The Power to Put Your Customers First.” ICUC participants share best practices sharing and engage in discussions of how to best to serve the customer in the contact center experience.

The company also recently announced that a major U.S. based specialty retailer has selected the inContact cloud-based call routing solution to power its two domestic contact centers with nearly 200 agents.

“We help these companies provide seamless and consistent service across channels and site locations while dramatically reducing operational costs and improving efficiency. We have a growing base of retail customers, all of which report significant improvement after switching to inContact,” said Paul Jarman, chief executive officer at inContact in a press release.

In another news release, the company said that it has signed a strategic partnership with Bayan Telecommunications (News - Alert), one of the largest telecommunications providers in the Philippines. inContact is now the preferred cloud-based contact center software provider for Bayan Business, Bayan Telecommunications' corporate solutions arm. The strategic partnership is believed to enable both companies to expand their offering and reach in the Philippines.
