TMC Webinar to Shed Light on IVR Best Practices

IVR systems offer companies a way to effectively manage and address customer concerns without having to tie up agent resources. Even though they are great in most cases an incorrectly configured IVR can cause more issues than it addresses. Getting the most out of an voice rec platform requires focus and guidance that cannot otherwise be garnered by companies incorporating them for the first time.


With this in mind TMC (News - Alert) (News - Alert) will be offering a free webinar this Thursday that aims to help those looking for insight into the technology and deployment of voice recognition. Join us December 2, 2010 2:00pm ET/ 11:00am PT for TMC’s Webinar IVR: Make it Work for You and Your Customers. The webinar will focus on several trend within IVR including self-service, how to identify and serve your VIP customers and will also offer real life examples showing the concepts of IVR in action. Differentiation of your service with IVR is a good business decision, and this webinar will hopefully help new adoptees fully understand it.

The webinar will be presented by Tim Harris Director of Professional Service for InConact and Nick Newsom President of F9 Group, Inc. It will be moderated by TMC’s Patrick Barnard.

Harris joined inContact in 2002. There his primary responsibility is assisting customers in the design, development, and implementation of customer service systems. He has over 13 years experience in the contact center industry and over 10 years in software development.  Newsom co-founded F9 Group in 2004. The compan develops custom IVRS with a focus on sales based organizations. Prior to F9 Group, Nick’s experience includes a CTO position at Genisys Financial and an IT Director role at Perot Systems.

InContact and F9 both offer proven track records that will undoubtedly aid a company otherwise uninitiated in IVR technology.
