Things are about to heat up for Cycle 30, as the hosted billing company, along with partner B2B Soft, will be attending this week’s Mobile LATAM Expo, a collocated event with ITEXPO (News - Alert) East 2012.
The forthcoming event, set to take place tomorrow, Feb. 1 through Friday, Feb. 3, is a one-of-a-kind conference that will hone in on the mobile opportunities permeating Latin America and the Caribbean. There, Cycle30 and B2B soft will gather and network with wireless experts from North and South America to delve into partnerships and opportunities in that region.
Cycle30, a provider of order-to-cash billing services hosted in the cloud for cable, telecommunication and utility operators, and B2B Soft, the creators of a premier retail management platform called Wireless Standard, kindled their partnership back in June 2011 in a move to deliver a true turnkey order-to-cash platform to carriers and their agents. The platform includes everything from customer management and service fulfillment to inventory management and business intelligence tools.
“Tier 2 and Tier 3 carriers today face a lot of challenges. By partnering with Cycle30, we’re delivering a turnkey, end-to-end platform specifically designed for them,” said Don Rossi, vice president of Sales and Marketing for B2B Soft, last year. “With this platform, wireless operators now have a proven, flexible, and reliable option that will help them to realize significant cost savings, increased revenue, and strong growth.”
Mobile LATAM, in combination with ITEXPO, will set out to spread the word on the telecommunication industry’s collection of products and services built specifically for Latin American businesses, service providers and technology end-users – an optimal opportunity for both Cycle30 and B2B Soft.
“Our product expressly fits the needs of carriers and the Mobile LATAM show is a wonderful opportunity to showcase it to carriers in the burgeoning Latin America market,” said Rossi in a prepared statement.
In addition to exhibiting on the ITEXPO exhibit floor, Cycle30 will also have one of its own executives, Isaac Szymanczyk, at the helm of a Feb. 1 session on cloud billing, entitled “Cloud Billing: The Missing Link.”
TMCnet recently had the opportunity to catch up with Cycle30’s Szymanczyk prior to ITEXPO East to get a preview into what to expect from the hosted billing company in Miami. As a company quite immersed in the billing market, Szymanczyk wasn’t shy to give his take on where this opportunistic space stands today.
“The billing market is seeing a lot of potential growth in the wireless industry as devices, networks and data needs continue to evolve and expand,” Szymanczyk told TMCnet recently. “Additionally, the machine-to-machine market is on the cusp of massive expansion, as many M2M technologies are now being enabled by faster chips, Web technologies and cheaper data rates. Cycle30 seeks to empower service providers in both these areas with flexible, dynamic rating and billing services that help them earn maximum revenue in their markets.”
ITEXPO attendees will get a chance to learn more about Wireless Standard’s benefits, as well as Cycle30’s hosted billing services at the company’s booth, No. 222, in the M2M Evolution section of ITEXPO.
