Tixeo, a 3D Web conferencing software company, announced the release of its new Web-conferencing solution, WorkSpace3D version 3.0 with support for HD Web conferencing for high-demanding meetings.

An important feature of Tixeo WorkSpace3D is that it does not require high up-front hardware investments as well as security network policy accommodations.

Company officials said that WorkSpace3D succeeds in providing both affordable and easy HD video conferencing. The solution is easy to deploy, no matter how many users are concerned. This is because WorkSpace3D is firewall friendly and works seamlessly with any proxy. 

Organizations installing this Web-conferencing solution can use regular desktops or laptops, HD Web cams and microphones from the office, from a boardroom or even from home. This facility avoids the need of a dedicated hardware solutions like those employed in most of the collaborative solutions available in the market, Tixeo said.

The new WorkSpace3D architecture takes advantage of multi-core processors, making WorkSpace3D ready for tomorrow's expectations, company officials said. The solution leverages on CPU resources to deliver the best communication experience.

Featuring a smart graphical user interface or “GUI” WorkSpace3D 3.0 enhances user experience. This new release makes it effortless to manage layouts and audio & video settings.

Tixeo's solutions are available as Software-as-a-Service, or “SaaS (News - Alert),” on both monthly and yearly plans. It is also available as in-house licenses and appliances. The company offers three editions of WorkSpace3D -- WorkSpace3D Enterprise Edition, WorkSpace3D Professional Edition and WorkSpace3D Standard Edition.

WorkSpace3D Enterprise Edition is available as a software license, an Appliance or a Virtual Appliance. The package includes unlimited host accounts and video quality up to HD. Hosting can be managed either directly by customers or via Tixeo.  

The Professional Edition is available as SaaS for instant setup. The service offers unlimited host accounts and video quality up to Very High.

WorkSpace3D Standard Edition is available as Software as a Service for instant setup.
