MAC Source and Esnatech Join to Offer Enterprise-class Unified Communications Solutions

It’s no secret that enterprises must continuously seek new, innovative ways to drive productivity among employees while cutting costs. Even more, they have to remain at the forefront of new technologies, including cloud-based solutions.
Recently, MAC Source Communications, a voice and data systems provider, inked a partnership with Esna Technologies (News - Alert) (Esnatech), a company deep rooted within the cloud-based unified communications space, in order to power Esnatech’s award-winning Office-LinX UC platform and offer it to enterprises throughout the United States.
By integrating UC services provided by Office-LinX with the array of technical and systems of the MAC Source (News - Alert) team, small- to medium-sized business will be able to leverage this UC solution for improved customer satisfaction and fewer collaboration complexities.
Tom Donahue, vice president of Sales for MAC Source, said in a statement, “Esnatech provides our customers and prospects a cloud-based unified communications option with multiple applications that scale across the enterprise. We are excited to have them as partner.”
Last month, TMCnet reported that EsnaTech launched Office-LinX 8.5, which will assist enterprises in using Google Apps, VMWare Zimbra (News - Alert), Salesforce.com and Microsoft BPOS to access applications across various servers that are comprised within one integrated system.

Office-LinX 8.5 can be easily used in conjunction with any voice, mobile and PBX (News - Alert) system and even boasts the ability to be personalized according to individual needs of an enterprise.
