Esnatech, a provider of cloud-based unified communications solutions, has revealed that recent research from the Aberdeen (News - Alert) Group has highlighted the value of a core capability offered by Esnatech solutions.
Esnatech’s ability to integrate with any voice, mobile and PBX (News - Alert) system, and seamlessly connect those systems with applications such as Google Apps, VMware Zimbra, Salesforce.com and MicrosoftOffice365, gives enterprises the flexibility to build a solution that is ideally suited to their unique telecommunications environment.
The research report entitled, “Business Optimization through Integrated Communications,” says integration of a comprehensive communications strategy with a wide variety of technologies make employees more productive and responsive.
With this kind of “best-of-breed” approach to communications technologies, enterprises gain a swifter and more seamless integration of premise and cloud-based communications solutions, speeding up the return on investment and accelerating the adoption of unified communications across the organization.
“Corporate IT is changing from a traditional on-premise environment to an integrated ecosystem where social, mobile, and cloud are a single platform which Aberdeen calls SoMoClo,” said Hyoun Park (News - Alert), research analyst, Aberdeen Group, in a statement.
“As this shift occurs, companies seeking to optimize productivity and reduce the total cost of ownership associated with their communications environments are focused on integrating both mobility and cloud-based infrastructure,” Park added. “By doing so, they are better positioned to align technological functionality with business processes.”
Office-LinX from Esnatech is a multi-OS, application platform that delivers communication and collaboration solutions focused on rich presence, mobility and messaging for businesses. By leveraging the Office-LinX solution, enterprises can deploy integrated UC solutions with no need to invest in new telecommunications hardware.
Esnatech’s CEO, Mohammad Nezerati, added, “Integrating social networks, mobility and cloud allow communication and innovation to happen at any time. We help our customers to leverage their current telecommunication investments and make big gains in productivity through integrated unified communications for their workforces.”
Recently, the company announced they had formed partnership with long-time Google (News - Alert) enterprise partner Onix Networking in a move to support North American enterprises in their integration of unified communications with cloud-based applications.
