FaxCore (News - Alert) is launching its Choice-Advantage Program to provide customers and partners with incentives to upgrade to the latest FoIP, Disaster Recovery (DR) and hybrid fax solutions.
Company officials said that the launch is timed to coincide with the 2010 Dialogic (News - Alert) Brooktrout Fax Upgrade Program.
The goal is to encourage both customers and partners to migrate to cost-saving green technologies that can also protect organizations from business interruptions and disasters.
“We are always looking for ways to motivate customers to use the latest technology that both save money and protect the environment,” said FaxCore President Tom Linhard. “Basically, fax servers are green but by combining FoIP and hybrid options including DR, customers can take it one step further.”
“By combining FaxCore with Dialogic’s latest FoIP technology, enterprises can now implement a product that is simple to deploy, simple to use yet inclusive of the latest state-of-the-art technology,” Linhard added.
He points out, too, that the company appreciates the loyalty its customers and partners have given over the years.
“We look at this promotion as an end-of-year thank-you present,” Linhard said.
Customers participating in the program may be qualified to receive rebates or incentives for FaxCore products and implementations including but not limited to:
· Installing or migrating to a FoIP implementation
· Upgrading to a FaxCore FoIPBOX solution
· Implementing a Disaster Recovery Plan
· Migrating from a current customer premise solution or fax service
· Adding additional fax line capacity
“The entire FaxCore team is looking forward to working with our customers and resellers to assist them in updating their operations and taking advantage of these programs,” said Max Schroeder (News - Alert), the company’s senior vice president.
The program has officially launched and will run through Dec. 31, 2010. The 2010 Dialogic Brooktrout (News - Alert) Fax Upgrade Program runs concurrently.
