For the many businesses who have established a Web presence using Microsoft (News - Alert) Office Live, RingCentral’s online fax and communications suite soon will offer some enhanced capabilities.
With this upcoming feature, RingCentral (News - Alert) will demonstrate how portions of its virtual phone service can integrate with the Microsoft Office Live platform. With the new functionality, business will be able to more effectively and efficiently manage components of their RingCentral service within Live Office.
Specifically, users will be able to add click-to-call functionality to their Web sites, see detailed call log information, listen to voicemail and view faxes.

Blazensky continued: “Our common customer base will benefit from having a single point of management for these two best of breed services.”
RingCentral's services include customized voicemail greetings with auto-attendants, toll free numbers, and Internet-based fax. Together with Microsoft Office Live, which offers small businesses internet-based software for easily managing their business from any location, business owners are able to offer a professional front while also providing customers with a more personalized and informative experience.
