Fax server applications provider FaxCore has announced that its FaxCore (News - Alert) 2007 fax application and associated product bundles are now compliant with Avaya Communication Manager and SIP Enablement Services using SIP trunking interface. FaxCore has become the first fax server company to earn this distinction.
Tom Linhard, president of FaxCore, said,“We are extremely proud to be the first fax server company to achieve the distinction of being compliance-tested for compatibility with Avaya (News - Alert) Communication Manager.”
“This compatibility was achieved using the Dialogic (News - Alert)  SR140 SIP drivers for which FaxCore has extensive experience and was the first company to deploy SR140 commercially. Dialogic is a company, as is FaxCore, that believe open standards-based platforms help business customers incorporate new technology easily and cost-effectively and uncover new possibilities for getting more out of their communications infrastructure,” added Linhard.
FaxCore is a Gold member of the Avaya DevConnect program. The program is directed towards the development and marketing of third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology.  Being a Gold partner, FaxCore is entitled to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, New Jersey.
An undisputed leader in enterprise communications systems, Avaya has a proven track record in providing unified communications, contact centers, and related services to organizations across the globe. Over a million enterprises globally, including most of the FORTUNE 500 have deployed Avaya’s Intelligent Communications solutions for IP Telephony, Unified Communications, Contact Centers and Communications-Enabled Business Processes.
FaxCore caters to enterprise organizations, telecoms, SaaS and specialized ASP providers by providing its fax server automation solutions. A pioneer in the FoIP domain, FaxCore also holds the distinction of being a Microsoft (News - Alert) Certified Gold Partner. Organizations can deploy the FaxCore 2007 directly or from one of FaxCore’s ASP/SaaS providers.
Earlier this year, TMCnet reported that for the third time in a row, Faxcore has received Technology Marketing Corporation's top honor with a Product of the Year Award for its complete fax server bundle Mini-Appliance product line.
