WOW! Manages Network and Service Performance with VistaInsight for Networks

With the help of InfoVista’s VistaInsight for Networks solution, communications service provider WOW! hopes to enable carrier Ethernet service assurance and equip its customers with self-service reporting capability.

According to InfoVista, the VistaInsight for Networks ensures the delivery of premium, high-value, IP-based services for managed and CSPs, mobile network operators (MNOs), and shared IT organizations. It features built-in support for multiple networks and services including IP/MPLS, MEF (News - Alert)-aligned Carrier Ethernet, mobile backhaul, IP-VPN, application-aware VPNs and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).

WOW! can employ the InfoVista solution to showcase the quality of service through sophisticated customer reporting, provide safety for customers’ high-value business, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain high quality network and service performance. The VistaInsight for Networks is termed as a pre-built network performance management solution, providing the benefits of off-the-shelf software with the ability to cater to the specific needs of CSPs and also help them realize new revenue generating services.
