Global data integration provider Scribe has unveiled a new Scribe Online program for Microsoft (News - Alert) independent software vendors looking to develop and move applications to the Windows Azure platform.
A growing number of partners, including cloud-based CRM and ERP software provider Aplicor, have already experienced success with Scribe’s cloud integration.
“We selected Scribe as a strategic technology partner because of their proven success with Microsoft,” said Scott Creighton, president and CEO of Aplicor. “Their shared commitment to Windows Azure and .NET (News - Alert) makes it much simpler and easier for our customers to integrate Aplicor with other applications on Windows Azure.”
By combining the power of Window Azure and SQL Azure with Scribe’s data integration capabilities, developers can easily maximize the speed and affordability of cloud computing applications on Windows Azure. Currently being piloted by select participants, the independent software vendor program will give Scribe partners priority access to new releases of the data integration platform, direct to access to Scribe’s product management and product development groups, co-marketing opportunities, and the promotion of the vendor solutions on Scribe’s website.
“Scribe has built its business working with partners and customers on thousands of successful Microsoft Dynamics integrations and implementations,” added Scribe CEO Lou Guercia. “Now we have extended that expertise into Windows Azure with Scribe Online's collaborative, global integration of .NET applications. Scribe is working with developers to expedite the deployment and maintenance of hybrid, public, and private cloud integrations for faster time to market and value.”
