OPInvoice’s Purchasing Module automates creation and approval of purchase requisitions, creation of Request for Quotations (RFQ), receipt of quotes through a vendor portal, creation of purchase orders from RFQs and processing of goods received.

The Payables Module is responsible for centralizing receipt of invoices through a vendor portal or one of OPI’s six global scanning centers.
