Verint (News - Alert) Systems, Inc., an analytic software and hardware solutions provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Unify, an enterprise communications software and services firm. The companies are wielding this alliance to focus on joint go-to-market strategies that leverage Unify’s strong presence among enterprises and Verint’s success and leadership in the Workforce Optimization (WFO) market.
Unify first announced its choice of Verint as a global strategic alliance partner in January 2014, and the partnership was formalized in August 2014. Under these terms, Unify resells Verint’s WFO solutions to a wider market, making the company’s acclaimed solutions available to clients around the globe. Conversely, Verint works with Unify to co-develop a strategy for adding new features to the latter’s contact center solutions and help its customers reach their full potential.
Unify’s offerings include a range of high-value packaged services with capabilities such as IP voice, web collaboration, videoconferencing and mobility. Additionally, the firm’s contact center solutions help clients maximize existing infrastructures, business processes and productivity.
