Apps earned notoriety with the maturation of smartphones, and today serve as integral components of the enterprise. Once a team member’s request is approved by his or her manager, a case is created and the HR department can monitor moving forward.

Once a job is posted, applicants can submit applications and track the submission’s progress via a unique Applicant ID.
