NXP Software (News - Alert) B.V., an independent software vendor (ISV) for mobile smart devices, recently announced that its LifeVibes VoiceExperience solution has been used in the new ZTE Blade APEX2 Android (News - Alert) smartphone.
LifeVibes VoiceExperience delivers clear and natural voice calling to all mobile devices. It’s enhanced speech processing algorithms include improved bandwidth extension and 2-microphone noise suppression in speakerphone mode. The solution includes two microphone noise suppression and acoustic echo cancellation that allows device manufacturers to deliver voice quality that exceeds mobile operator requirements. This solution enables consumers to make phone calls under normal and noisy conditions, both in handheld and speakerphone mode. LifeVibes VoiceExperience today runs on almost a billion mobile devices and is used by major mobile device manufacturers on flagship devices to enhance circuit-switched, VoIP and VoLTE calls.
