TFCC Alert, the latest version of emergency notification system has been released by Twenty First Century Communications (TFCC). These new upgraded alerting capabilities help improve communications, they increase the efficiency of emergency efforts, and at the same time reduces the cost of a traditional communications infrastructure.
With the help of TFCC Alert emergency notification system, government, corporate, utility, education and healthcare clients will be able to send targeted messages to specific groups or geographic areas through landline, cell phone, VoIP phone, PDA, pager, text, email, fax and TTY/TDD machines. The TFCC Alert system also integrates with Twitter, enabling clients a greater reach in lesser steps.
'Our research and development process includes extensive work with government, corporate, utility, education and healthcare clients who use our emergency notification system every day. TFCC Alert is a blend of ideas and requests from customers, our product development team and our client management team,' stated Jim Curran who is the chief technology officer for TFCC.
TFCC Alert also includes a new user interface, through which the task based workflow and one-page quick launch make sending notifications hassle-free. Users can now select the type of message they would want to send and only the options needed for that particular message type, will be presented by TFCC Alert.
TFCC Alert also allows an unlimited number of users, including a flexible range of user profiles having different permissions, access and visibility restrictions. Additonally the system also allows for unlimited security groups providing clients the capability to self-manage their groups.
Bob Armstrong the director of emergency management and fire prevention for the Ohio State University said 'TFCC Alert is straight forward and simple. I'm very pleased that the activation process takes one page instead of multiple pages. The new look is much cleaner.'
TFCC Alert is supported by a client care commitment, under which each client is assisted by a dedicated client manager and supported by their live 24/7/365 Help Desk. Clients can also access the company's new online Resource Center, where the best practices, FAQ's, sample operating procedures, training exercises etc will be available. Additonally they are supported by an enhanced searchable online database offering easy-to-find technical help.
