Network monitoring, messaging and secure file transfer solutions outfit Ipswitch (News - Alert) has signed a global reseller agreement with Dell, the company said.
The agreement is a big move for Ipswitch, which will now provide its products and solutions available worldwide as part of Dell’s (News - Alert) portfolio of services and products. Dell’s worldwide direct and channel sales forces are authorized to sell all three Ipswitch product lines: industry leading WhatsUp Gold network monitoring solution; WS_FTP secure file transfer solution and IMail Server messaging solution.
