Gravity Point Partners with RingLead, Inc. to Streamline Customer Service Software

To deliver a streamlined and highly functional lead management solution for enterprise customers using Salesforce.com (News - Alert), Gravity Point Inc, a provider of best-in-class business process solutions and integration for CRM and Marketing Automation, has entered into a partnership relation with RingLead, Inc., developers of the most widely deployed preventive deduplication CRM marketing solution used by over 1,000 customers worldwide.

 
New ways are being looked at by enterprises to easily and more effectively increase and manage qualified sales leads. Gravity Point and RingLead have come together to improve the operational efficiency and ease of use for marketing and sales organizations using Salesforce.com to drive revenue and lead generation.
 
Numerous enterprise customers with the combination of Gravity Point's automation and business process optimization solutions and RingLead Declone deduplication for Salesforce.com have been allowed to enjoy the automatic prevention of duplicates and the "smart" consolidation of data within Salesforce.com. The combination also provides real-time insight into sales and marketing activities that makes it easy for companies to adjust their sales and marketing efforts accordingly by having them fine tuned to dramatically grow the business.
