Xactly Intros New Customer Service Software on Salesforce.com's ChatterExchange

Xactly Corp., a company offering on-demand sales performance management, has launched Xactly (News - Alert) Express on Salesforce.com's ChatterExchange, helping to accelerate the market shift to Cloud 2, the next cloud computing paradigm.

 
The company said that Xactly Express is among the first apps to leverage the social components of Chatter available in the Force.com platform.
 
'Chatter delivers the next evolution in enterprise collaboration and provides salesforce.com partners, like Xactly, the ability to offer customers new value and efficiencies through the power of real-time communication,' said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer at salesforce.com.
 
With the incorporation of Chatter into Xactly Express, users can communicate in real-time without leaving the application. Company officials said that this expedites questions and approvals as well as improves overall compensation management efficiency.
 
A self-service sales compensation application, Xactly Express has been built natively on the Force.com platform for Salesforce CRM customers. Company officials said that Xactly Express extends the value of a company's investment in Salesforce CRM by enabling them to create sales compensation plans, calculate commissions, and export payments to payroll, all from a single application.
 
Company officials said that Xactly offers both Xactly Express and its flagship Xactly Incent incentive compensation management solution on the AppExchange 2.
 
Collins said that companies can visit the AppExchange 2 and easily get started using Chatter and Xactly Express to reduce the barriers across multiple business stakeholders and improve communication and customer service.
 
Christopher Cabrera, founder and CEO of Xactly, said that enhancing Xactly Express with Chatter enables the small to medium sized business customers to efficiently collaborate across teams, share documents and manage projects in real-time.
 
'With Chatter, Xactly Express customers can spend less time managing the administrative side of comp and more time optimizing it to be a strategic and behavior altering weapon,' Cabrera said.
 
Earlier this year in April, Xactly announced that organizations of all sizes and geographies continue to adopt Xactly to improve sales performance, and in Q1 2010, 38 new customers selected Xactly solutions to begin incenting the right sales behaviors and impact bottom line results.
