Mindjet Intros Customer Service Software Navigator for Salesforce.com

Mindjet (News - Alert), a provider of collaboration and personal productivity solutions, has launched a new SaaS (News - Alert) application, the Mindjet Deal Navigator.


This new solution will help sales teams maximize their investment in CRM sales software, CRM cloud computing and customer service software provider, Salesfore.com, with automatically generated organization charts that speed sales strategy decisions and also enable instant opportunity evaluation.

“Mindjet Deal Navigator provides users with an added visual representation of key account information, enabling them to further unlock the power of salesforce.com solutions and turn valuable knowledge into sales,” said Elay Cohen, vice president, Global Sales Productivity, Salesforce.com (News - Alert).

According to Scott Raskin, CEO of Mindjet, salespeople want simple tools to help them win more and win faster.

“Mindjet Deal Navigator provides exactly that by leveraging Mindjet's information visualization technology to instantly create graphical maps and organization charts of accounts, helping the sales team to visualize opportunities and focus on the right strategy to close business faster,” Raskin said.

In addition, all Salesforce.com customers can access information and free trials of Mindjet Deal Navigator via the salesforce.com AppExchange, company officials said.

Key Features of Mindjet Deal Navigator includes automatic organization chart creation where users can save time with automatic creation and updating of organization charts based on contact, opportunity and account data stored in Salesforce.com. In addition, users have a drag-and-drop editing option which allows sales professionals to change reporting relationships by simply dragging and dropping boxes in the organization chart.

What’s more, the visual role identification tool helps sales teams easily assign roles to each contact in an account to ensure consistent understanding across all sales representatives.  And, with the preference indicators and comments functionalities, sales representatives can use visual tags, such as flag icons and check mark symbols.

Additionally, users can search for contacts by name, title and role, and see the results displayed in the organization chart.

For an individual subscription of $300 per year, MindJet Navigator is made available with immediate effect and the company has also disclosed some volume discounts for the same.
