nefos supports organizations in planning, implementing and operating cloud-based customer relationship solutions.

Magic Software's iBOLT for Salesforce customer relationship management or “CRM” suite enables companies to integrate their CRM deployment with existing enterprise IT investments such as SAP (News - Alert) or other on-premise business applications, company officials said.

nefos uses iBOLT to integrate business applications for its customers throughout Switzerland and Germany. The company offers a wide level of integration support from the definition of CRM processes and APEX development, through to global roll-out.

The solution allows companies to automatically convert business opportunities into orders, increase the visibility of past due accounts, as well as integrate Web, call center and POS purchase histories into the Salesforce CRM customer records.

iBOLT also incorporates small package delivery and freight tracking information in customer records. It can import Web site leads automatically into the company's prospecting lists and integrate expense report data with accounting information

Company officials say the solution can automatically provision new Salesforce CRM users based on human resource system new hire triggers.

Magic Software's iBOLT is available via AppExchange. The software is a certified integration offering featuring an out-of-the-box adaptor for salesforce.com technologies.

Earlier in February, Magic Software Enterprises announced the new iBOLT business integration suite component for Microsoft (News - Alert) SharePoint with ability to offer unlimited closed loop integration between Microsoft SharePoint and enterprise systems for ERP, CRM, HRIS and other critical business functions as well as social media content from Web sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook (News - Alert).

iBOLT is used in dozens of Salesforce CRM integration projects worldwide, including Bank of Cyprus UK, Clinical Financial Services, SkyVision (News - Alert), AeroScout and Tecan, according to company sources.
