This new integration is mainly aimed to help the marketers, enabling them to get their CRM talking to PureResponse in just 24 hours, taking away any heavy resource requirements or complexity.
Company has released this version after a thorough research with the help of MyCustomer.com, a company with focus on delivering topical, practical content to CRM and customer management professionals in business.
This new research was initiated to find out whether companies were actually integrating their CRM and email marketing software and what their impressions of the experience were.
As per the research, 50 percent of respondents questioned either didn't have their CRM integrated with their email marketing or didn't know if it was. Of these, 70 percent would like to integrate their email marketing and CRM system but don't know how to go about doing it and are worried that it would take up marketing/technical resource as well as being expensive to put into place.
According to Pure360 officials, their solution is best suited to integrate with MS Dynamics 4.0 CRM or Salesforce CRM, and users can expect their campaign results update CRM contact data in real time. Barely any technical resource is required and easily runs in just 24 hours.
