Propelled by strong outbound telemarketing demand, The AnswerNet Network, a leading contact center outsourcer, has climbed up Customer Inter@actions Solutions magazine’s exclusive “Top 50 Teleservices Agencies” list.
AnswerNet reached the 39th spot in the global rankings, from 44th in 2005, thanks to a jump in its domestic outbound standings to 26th place from 32nd. AnswerNet’s inbound rank stood steady at 31st. This is the fourth straight year that AnswerNet has made the Top 50.
The AnswerNet Network has over 50 contact centers located across the US and Canada. A strong push into the outbound teleservices market in 2005 created the momentum. The AnswerNet Network acquired Custom Telemarketing Services, including the exclusive rights to www.telemarketing.com. Under AnswerNet’s management, Telemarketing.com has become a leading web destination for companies looking for telemarketing services.
AnswerNet also created a separate outbound group, led by former Unicall president Ben Harris. AnswerNet purchased Unicall (now AnswerNet Fairlawn), a leading outbound outsourcer, in early 2006; its results are not counted in this year’s Top 50 standings.
The Top 50 Teleservices Agencies ranking recognizes leadership in the outsourced teleservices and customer relationship management industries. Leading corporations use the Top 50 as a benchmark for choosing outsourced teleservices firms.
To qualify for the Top 50 award, participants were required to respond to a detailed questionnaire describing the nature of their business and providing quantifiable information. Customer Inter@ction Solutions’ editors set stringent criteria; they along with independent third parties verify the results for accuracy and reliability.
“It is a testament to the hard work by our talented staff, and to the support from our satisfied customers, that we continue to grow our business in this highly competitive industry, “said AnswerNet Network president Gary A. Pudles. “It is an honor to have this achievement recognized by this leading publication. This award will serve to make us strive even further towards excellence.”
