New CRM Directory Maintained by Industry Analysts

CRM Mastery, a "provider of independent, unbiased CRM technology research and CRM software evaluation and selection assistance for small and mid-sized enterprises," is announcing the release of what they're advertising as "the most comprehensive and up-to-date directory of CRM-related technology products available anywhere on the Internet."

“Most CRM product directories on the web are self-maintained by the participating vendors," charges Jim Berkowitz, founder and CEO of CRM Mastery. With no "oversight," Berkowitz says, These CRM product directories are "incomplete, they have become bloated with numerous multiple entries from the same vendors and old outdated product entries are not updated or removed from the directory on a timely basis."

Berkowitz claims that CRM Mastery’s CRM Solution Directory content is "totally maintained by its CRM research analysts." The directory's "goals" are to "include all appropriate CRM-related products, to place each product in only the most appropriate directory categories and to update the content of our directory weekly, at a minimum."
 
Currently, the CRM Solution Directory includes over 370 CRM-related products, including 164 CRM suites which have been further segmented into the subcategories of B2B On-demand and hosted products, B2B on-premise products, B2C products, open source products, industry specific products and integrated CRM & ERP Products

CRM Mastery focuses on providing its CRM technology research and analysis to the small and mid-sized enterprise marketplace. The company sells CRM software evaluation and selection assistance, diagnostic assessment tools for CRM and CRM planning and implementation guidance. It's a privately-held corporation headquartered in Denver, founded in 2003.
