Oracle Intros New CRM Solutions in its Latest Releases

Global customers such as McDonald's, BP America, Standard Pacific homes and The Principal Financial Group have deployed various Oracle (News - Alert) CRM solutions.


Oracle, an independent software company that supplies information management software, says that these implementations indicate the company's unbroken commitment to life-time support, next generation application innovation, and new enhancements.

The Oracle Applications Unlimited has developed into a dependable and established strategy for customers as a result of Oracle's key investments in all application product lines and the focal point to make new features and easier updates derived from customer input. The Oracle Applications Unlimited was first introduced in 2006.

Oracle is dedicated to giving constant development improvements to existing Oracle Applications, which include the PeopleSoft Enterprise, Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel CRM, JD Edwards EnterprsieOne and World, Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management and Oracle CRM On Demand further than the delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications.

Oracle E-Business Suite:Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 offers organizations with a worldwide business foundation, helping them lessen costs and increase.

PeopleSoft Enterprise:Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.1 provides a wide range of new features intented to speed up business performance, increase productivity and reduce the cost of ownership.

The company's commitment to Applications Unlimited for its JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World is established by 12 product releases and 7 new modules since 2005.

Siebel CRM 8.2 Public Sector was developed to help governmental agencies distribute a broad range of social services to clients more efficiently.

Oracle CRM On Demand Release 17 is their biggest release to date, with 417 new features, 4 new products, and 17 customer-driven improvements.

The "Oracle Applications Unlimited" program was made to provide clients more choices in determining application plans for the future, more value from their present application developments, and more visibility into product roadmaps.

Oracle, a complete, open and integrated business software and hardware systems company, will work with its customer user groups and advisory boards to describe future enhancements and customer-driven roadmaps. The company will provide their customers with comprehensive, open solutions integrated from the disk to applications software that meet their business requirements and resolve their business problems.
