Vendor of software as a service, or "SaaS," performance management solutions myDIALS (News - Alert) has announced the integration of its myDIALS operational business intelligence, or "BI," solution with the NetSuite (News - Alert) cloud computing platform.

"With the integration of myDIALS with NetSuite and the myDIALS Performance Modules, getting BI up and running is taken care of in 'out-of-the-box' fashion, so customers can quickly begin gaining actionable insights," said Guido Harmaans, vice president for developer programs at NetSuite.

The myDIALS solution includes myDIALS Performance Modules that ensures deployment in a single day. Company officials said that it helps companies improve business performance by combining best practices around metrics, key performance indicators, or "KPIs," visualizations and analytics.

The combined solution is built using NetSuite's SuiteCloud development platform. It extends NetSuite analytics to help NetSuite customers achieve increased business efficiencies and better business performance.

NetSuite's SuiteCloud is a comprehensive offering of on-demand products, development tools and services designed, helping customers and commercial software developers take advantage of economic benefits of cloud computing.

Company officials said that the complete SuiteCloud offering includes NetSuite's multi-tenant, always-on SaaS (News - Alert) infrastructure and the NetSuite Business Suite of applications: Accounting/ERP, CRM and Ecommerce.

In addition to operational performance information and contextual knowledge, myDIALS delivers alerts, collaboration, "every person" analytics, and real-time scenario analysis. Company officials said that myDIALS supports a continuous improvement approach to performance management, with a monitor, alert, learn, analyze, act decision cycle.

"myDIALS Performance Modules for NetSuite provide rapid deployment, within one day, of operational business intelligence so NetSuite customers can quickly obtain a comprehensive overview of business performance," said Wayne Morris (News - Alert), CEO at myDIALS.

The NetSuite Performance Modules integrate myDIALS' SaaS operational BI solution with NetSuite's CRM, accounting, ERP and e-commerce applications on three core levels -- data extraction and visualization, seamless user interface, and now, configuration.

Moreover, the integration supports functions that include single sign-on, drag-and-drop customization and integration with third-party data. Companies' officials said that in operation, the myDIALS functions are presented within the NetSuite environment so users can get interactive visualization and other myDIALS features without leaving the NetSuite user interface.
