NetSuite (News - Alert), a provider of on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) solutions has opened a new office in Hong Kong, introducing its OneWorld product to the market there.

On-demand solutions, also referred to as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)), involves the   delivery of software functionality in real-time. This service model is becoming more popular because it allows organizations to license a software module that the provider hosts and manages. The Asia Pacific (APAC) region is an especially hot market for SaaS.

 

NetSuite specializes in using SaaS to give mid-market companies a suite of managed core business operations in a single system, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce.

 

NetSuite OneWorld helps companies manage their multinational and multi-subsidiary business operations, in real-time around the world. The system can manage local operations across multiple locations, and roll the data up for regional and global visibility based on currency, language, taxation and legal compliance differences at the local level, with regional and global business consolidation and control. Costs are reduced even more then this solution is combined with NetSuite's cloud computing delivery platform.

 

Vita Green Health Products, a provider of vitamins and health products and a Hong Kong-based office-supplies company, ECO Technology International Limited, are the newest Hong Kong customer wins for NetSuite.

 

NetSuite OneWorld is now available from the NetSuite Hong Kong office for HK$18,000 per month.
