The NetSuite 2007 solution won a 2007 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC (News - Alert)) Communications Solutions magazine.

 

This award recognizes the “most innovative products that facilitate voice, data and video communications, or combinations thereof,” according to Greg Galitzine (News - Alert), editorial director at TMC.

 

A Web-based business application, NetSuite 2007 is equipped with the capabilities to support the entire company from customer relationship management (CRM) to enterprise resource planning (ERP) to Web capabilities. According to company officials, the solution offers everything in a single, integrated solution, enabling users to make “better, faster decisions through real-time business intelligence.”

 

The integrated solution allows sales representatives to view the complete customer record, including support cases, billing issues and more. Moreover, warehouse managers can view approved sales orders on their Dashboards, and accounting personnel can view support issues when calling customers to collect payments.

                       

The NetSuite business software gives growing businesses a competitive edge, enabling them to “make better decisions” by giving each employee real-time information. Also, businesses need only one solution that’s “quick to deploy, easy to use, and flexible enough to support all your business processes. ” Plus, it helps eliminate IT costs and concerns associated with maintaining and upgrading separate applications.

NetSuite for Manufacturers, which includes new functionality for Assembly, Work Order and Bill of Materials, takes aim at SAP's (News - Alert) core market and seeks to exploit the prolonged delay of SAP's Business ByDesign product roll-out.
