CRM Solutions: Gartner and 1to1 Media Recognize BCP with 2011 CRM Excellence Award

Infor, a premier provider of business application software has announced that Banco de Credito, the largest Peruvian bank, with more than three million customers has received the Gartner and 1to1 Media 2011 CRM Excellence Award, in the Integrated Marketing category.

Since 2009, BCP has utilized Infor CRM Epiphany, which has helped it increase its number of profitable marketing initiatives and sales totals as a whole, from 15 percent in 2008 to 40 percent in 2010.
Founded in 1889, BCP, through CRM Epiphany Outbound Marketing and Interaction Advisor is provided with integrated campaign data from inbound and outbound channels. This enables easy data synchronization between all marketing campaigns and a comprehensive view of customer trends.
Customers of BCP, now is able to receive more relevant offers tailored to their particular demographic and behavior supported by the robust analytics model in CRM Epiphany. This further has tripled BCP's credit card unit sales, which originates from direct marketing campaigns.
CRM Epiphany, as a result of the product's ability to streamline processes and increase efficiency, helps BCP reduce their campaign cycle times by half. This allows BCP to run more successful campaigns over a shorter period of time.
