Soffront Software Soon to Release v8.6 of Soffront CRM

Provider of CRM solutions, Soffront Software Inc., is set to announce version 8.6 of their Soffront CRM software. According to Soffront, the latest version "adds considerable CRM power to the software."
Included in the latest version are improvements and enhancements in the areas of sales, marketing, customer support, automation and integration.
Manu Das, president of Soffront commented, "We continue to be the value-leader for mid-market CRM because we are continually updating and improving our product to better suite the needs of our customers."
Soffront will introduce the following new and improved features in version 8.6:
-Enhanced Marketing Campaigns- The addition of drip campaigns provide sales reps with the ability to predefine campaigns and walk contacts through scheduled tasks.
-New Survey Module- This newly added feature enhances targeted marketing and sales activities with surveys that can be created, executed and tracked right from within CRM.
-New Calendar Filtering and a Marketing Calendar- These features provide better management of priorities and increased visibility of marketing initiatives.
-New Professional Services Module with the addition of Service Level Agreements-
These additions provide better management, tracking and executing of customer projects.
-Task Automation- This feature automates the scheduling of workflows and ensures that all tasks are launched efficiently.
-Remote Asset Discovery- This feature provides employees with better IT functionality when working from remote areas.
-Advanced Outlook Integration Module- The enhancement of this feature provides an improvement in the managing of Outlook emails within a CRM system-- saving time and providing better record keeping capabilities.
The latest version also includes enhanced Perforce Integration for improved defect tracking.
