Reilly Telecom is a major player in proactive remote alarm monitoring and management solutions for Avaya (News - Alert) dealers in the SMB and large enterprise markets.
Officials with Tigerpaw Software said that the integration of these market leading solutions creates a robust application set for monitoring alerts in Avaya and seamlessly opening and managing tickets in Tigerpaw.
Company officials said that Email alerts generated through AlarmTraq are monitored, interpreted, and routed to appropriate technicians - and ultimately converted into service orders in Tigerpaw.
