The company pointed out that Nikon realized 3,200 percent  ROI over three years, Overstock.com saw email volumes drop 72 percent, as well as FCR up 10 percent and AHT down 25 percent and Drugstore.com saw 25 percent of Beauty.com chat sessions convert to sales.
