CRM Software: Top Mobile CRM Apps

According to research firm Gartner (News Hai Hong Swinehart, research analyst at Gartner said, "Buyers of CRM continue to focus on investments that promote customer retention and enhance the customer experience, and they are increasingly interested in technologies that encourage development of customer communities and social networks," in a statement. Some new great mobile CRM apps have just made their way to their market, and are sure to be successful. The Sugar Mobile app, designed for use by Apple's (News Box.net Mobile lets you to sift through and see all of your content online in an organized file, located within different specified folders. Any of these folders can then be turned into a webpage, with one quick step, and widgets can be implemented to share files on a webpage or blog. The app can be used on an iPhone (News - Alert), iPad, BlackBerry or Android. BatchBlue Software's Backbook is a social CRM program designed with small businesses in mind that comes complete with the iPhone app. The app gives mobile access to social networking contacts and basic CRM capabilities. If any changes are made, they are automatically synced with the main Batchbook account. "The new Batchbook iPhone app assures each person in an organization has the best, most up-to-date information possible to better manage their relationships and keep their conversations going," said Pamela O'Hara, president of BatchBlue Software, in a statement. "An iPhone application has been the number one request for the past year." HubSpot offers marketing techniques that help companies get their name out to the public through use of the Internet, and uses leads gained through this process in order to find new clients. Recently, an app was added for Android (News - Alert) users for HubSpot Leads. Resco MobileCRM lite was created for sales force and field service people. This app allows field workers to view Microsoft Dynamics CRM data from their iPhones. Instead of having to call the office to find the data they need, field reps can now access the data directly. "The MobileCRM iPhone app is the first one I have been able to use and get access to all my features except for email," said Doron Eskinasi, owner of Professional Software Development –a developer of CRM applications himself, said in a statement. "The app synched all my data to the iPhone and I am able to access it at ease." All of these apps will help increase the expansion of the CRM software industry at a rapid pace.
