In a release, Tony Knopp, SpotlightTMS CEO and co-founder, said, "The integration of SpotlightTMS with Salesforce CRM enables corporations to take full advantage of the revenue-increasing and deal-closing value of sports and entertainment events without leaving their familiar Salesforce CRM environment. Companies make significant investments in sports and entertainment ticket assets and S4S enables their Salesforce CRM users to more easily utilize those assets, maximizing ROI, tracking their usage, and measuring their business impact."
SpotlightTMS for Salesforce (S4S,) which combines with Salesforce CRM, enables sales and marketing users to handle ticket management via the CRM system currently in use. Users can use both leads and/or contacts to explore company ticket inventory and also search tickets from different external sources. They can also submit ticket requests and get approvals, buy additional tickets, and enable delivery of tickets within the activity records of Salesforce CRM. S4S also offers its users with real-time access to the SpotlightTMS platform for enabling ticket administration, distribution as well as for compliance reporting.
Ron Huddleston, senior vice president, ISV alliances, salesforce.com, said, "S4S delivers a seamless extension to Salesforce CRM functionality, providing our customers with better visibility into the performance of their sports and entertainment assets. The ecosystem of apps on the AppExchange helps us deliver more options to our customers to help make them successful."
