ForeSee, one of the key players in the fast growing customer experience analytics space, is all set to capitalize on the growth momentum. With an aggressive growth plan in place, ForeSee has decided to bolster its sales and marketing team with key appointments. Seasoned marketing professional Dave Scott has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer and former Kyriba and IBM executive Ben Stollard has been tapped to assume the role of the company’s director for UK.
In a customer-focused business landscape, customer experience analytics technology can drive significant business growth. This emerging technology aims to measure satisfaction across customer touch points. By providing critical insights on customer behavior patterns, customer experience analytics helps the businesses to identify the areas of improvements for maximum customer satisfaction. ForeSee is one of the few companies that have made valuable contributions to advance the discipline. Today, the company’s online and mobile customer analytics tools are in great demand. The recent hiring, the company hopes, will help it attain its expansion goals.
Dave Scott has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer. In this new role, Scott will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and branding strategy in support of the company’s aggressive growth plan. The company seems to have lots of expectations from a marketing veteran like Dave, who has served both technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in the span of his 20-years marketing career. As the new CMO of ForeSee, Scott’s strategy will be to emphasize the existing brand strengths.
His team will focus on expanding the audience size. Under the guidance of Scott, his team will rewrite the company’s overall corporate and social media strategies. Working closely with the sales, product development and client services teams, Scott and his men will be busy re-designing the company’s marketing communications, events, conferences and branding efforts.
“Dave has the experience and insights to help us emphasize existing brand strengths while also elevating and expanding our audience and message,” president and CEO of ForeSee Larry Freed stated.
UK has been identified as a key growth market for ForSee’s products and tools. Stollard is tasked with developing new business strategies for this crucial market. As UK’s sales director, he is going to develop a competent sales team to handle the growing demand for the company’s products and drive further market awareness.
“ForeSee’s history of tremendous growth and industry leadership is impressive, and I am keen to replicate that success across the UK and wider European market. We already have some fantastic customers on board (including House of Fraser, DFS, TUI, British Airways) and I’m looking forward to introducing new global brands to ForeSee,” Stollard stated.
