Multi-channel contact center solutions developer Presence Technology (News - Alert) announced that it will unveil its Web Apps solution suite at the Enterprise Connect (News - Alert) 2012 conference on March 26th at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida. Presence Web Apps comprises a variety of fully Web-based, front-end applications for contact centers.
The company’s solutions allow contact centers to maximize resource allocation and boost efficiency in the communications between businesses and their customers. Presence’s solutions have been consistently recognized for quality and innovation with various industry rewards, including the Unified Communications (News - Alert) Product of the Year Award from Internet Telephony Magazine, the company said. The company provides solutions to businesses of all sizes around the world and maintains a network of strategic partners in Europe, Africa, Latin America and the United States, supporting contact center operations around the world.

The company noted that Enterprise Connect will continue the traditions of its predecessor conference, VoiceCon while expanding the participation multi-media communications developers. The conference will offer an in-depth, technically focused and market-attentive look into the enterprise communications marketplace. The conference will include information and presentations about larger technology trends shaping the communications industry, in particular, cloud-based services, social networking, virtualization, and the increasing demands for security and resiliency.
Last month, Presence revealed that it had been tapped by Spanish outsourcing service provider VentasK to provide solutions to augment the quality and efficiency of VentasK’s call center services. Presence said that VentasK had originally deployed it to manage call campaigns for Citibank and Vodafone (News - Alert), but after noting increased the contact ratios, a 60 percent jump in agent productivity and operational cost savings, VentasK opted to expand Presence solutions across its contact center operations.
