Contact Center Outsourcing Provider Honored at 2012 ContactCenterWorld Awards

PCCW (News - Alert) Teleservices, a HKT subsidiary and provider of global outsourcing solutions, has taken home seven awards at the 2012 ContactCenterWorld Asia Pacific Top Ranking Performers Conference and Awards in Singapore.

PCCW Teleservices provides clients with global contact center and BPO services in voice and non-voice customer services, technical support, sales, retention, as well as other business processes. Operating a global network of multi-channel contact centers, PCCW Teleservices also provides support in languages across about half of the entire world’s population. With more than 10,000 agents in Hong Kong, mainland China, Panama, the Philippines and the U.S., PCCW Teleservices annually provides companies with skills to service 80 million customer contacts.

PCCW Teleservices won four gold medal awards for Best in Customer Service (Outsourced), Best Contact Center Operational Manager, Best Quality Auditor and Best Customer Service Professional; two silver medal awards for Best Large-Sized Contact Center (Outsourced) and Best Help Desk; and one bronze medal award for Best Contact Center Supervisor.

“We participated in seven categories and won awards in each category. These awards are not only a reflection of our highest quality of service, but also pay tribute to our extraordinary team of professionals,” said Tony Bruno, head of PCCW Teleservices, in a statement.

ContactCenterWorld is a global association for contact center best practices and networking. Running the industry best practices global competition through the annual Top Ranking Performers Conference, ContactCenterWorld selects the best in the competition to be present at the event.
