C3 Selected as Finalist for Best Outsourcing Partnership Award

The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking lauded CustomerContactChannels (C3 (News - Alert)) for its partnership performance and selected it as a finalist for the World's Best Outsourcing Partnership Award.


"We are honored to be selected as a finalist, especially for an award that focuses on our partnerships," said C3 president and chief operating officer, Rick Ferry, in a press release.

C3 made it to the finals along with two other companies in that category from amongst almost 1,500 entries from more than 50 countries, according to company officials. Winners are expected to be announced during the awards conference on June 19 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

Ferry spoke highly of C3's abilities and said, "All members of our team, from our senior leaders to our agents are dedicated to the client. To see our name mentioned as one of the best in building client relationships really speaks to the quality of engagement our clients get from our entire C3 team."

The global organization recognized C3 as a top performing call center that had the ability to create successful, professional and outstanding business relationships that resulted in process improvement and increased productivity. 

Contact Center World is a support organization for the contact center industry and it's awards recognize the top performing call centers around the world. It began the Top Ranking Performers Awards in 2006. It has over 129483 corporate 'individual' members.

C3 is considered as a global provider of contact center services unlike any other in the market today. Its promise of a C3 difference begins with client engagement and grows with the team's involvement. Crafting customer solutions and delivering positive and refreshing results form the base of its relationships.

In other news, employees from C3/CustomerContactChannels donated more than $50,000 to local communities in 2011 as part of the corporate C3 Cares program. The employee driven program raised thousands of dollars in cash donations and collected 6,000 pounds of donated food in addition to community blood drives, and highway cleanup events.
