Infinite Conferencing has released a new solution, “Reservationless Pro,” which is now available to users who want increased options.

 

Reservationless Pro allows moderators to quickly identify callers by phone number, intercept inbound callers, easily dial out to add other parties to the conference and place participants on hold. The new technology is for leaders who want more control of their calls, according to Dave Kott, president of Infinite.

 

“So far, clients – and especially those hosting larger calls – have been excited to see the new online capabilities,” Kott said, during a recent interview.

One of the most popular tools for seamless communication is reservationless conferencing, according to the company. Reservationless Pro features an online room viewable only by the host, while the intuitive, graphic interface simplifies conference management for the moderator.

 

There are no command sheets to reference or numeric codes to memorize. Special icons represent each attendee. So when a call participant speaks, the graphical representation of that participant’s face on-screen moves – which allows the moderator to easily identify the speaker.

 

The technology behind Reservationless Pro eliminates common problems that may arise during a phone conference. “For instance, if a line goes static, the moderator can see where the noise is originating and drop it with a mouse click. Or, if someone logs on to the call who’s not supposed to be there, they can be removed,” Kott says.

 

Reservation Pro can also stop background noise and keep sensitive information off the record, the company says. If hold music or barking dogs interfere with a presentation, lines can easily be muted.

 

The start/stop feature is similar to any other audio devices. So, if you need to say something offline, just stop the call, then start again. With an integrated address book, participants can be notified about and invited to join a phone conference in a more streamlined way, and, the real-time reporting capabilities of Reservationless Pro mean fewer roadblocks to communication.

 

Companies who upgrade to Reservationless Pro can also take advantage of the custom branding option, which allows for customized logos, colors, fonts and graphics in the interface.

 

New Infinite Conferencing reservationless phone conferencing clients will automatically be placed onto Reservationless Pro’s computerized phone bridges. Existing clients may choose to stay with their current phone bridge and conference number, but may also contact their account manager to upgrade.
