Automated Services

Ready 800 Reservation-less Guaranteed Lowest Rates
This service provides a private 800 number available 24 hours a day and offers conferencing without prior scheduling.

Meet-Me/Automated Toll Guaranteed Lowest Rates
Participants with a pre-assigned PIN number call in at the scheduled start time and will connect to the call automatically. A caller can only access the conference call at the scheduled time, and the call ends automatically according to schedule.

800 Meet-Me/Automated
Similar to Meet-Me/Automated, this service allows attendees to call from any phone using a pre-assigned, toll free 800 number. Participants enter their pre- assigned pin number and will automatically connect to the call.
 
Free Conference Services
provide the key pad options for accessing various features during a call such as:
 
-Lecture Mode (*5)
Participants will be muted for a ‘listen only’ lecture conducted by the moderator.

-Security Mode (*7)
Blocks access for any additional participants not authorized to participate in the conference.

-Volume Gain (*4)
Increases the volume of the call for the participant.

-Operator (*0)
Allows a moderator and a participant access to an operator at any time during the call.

-Self Mute (*6)
Participants can mute their own lines.

If requested, an Eagle operator will assist with participant connection. The meeting will continue as long as participants stay on line.

Meet-Me/Dial-In/Dedicated Operator
This feature offers Eagle operator assistance throughout the call. Services include: 
Q & A, Polling, Sub conferencing and Late Participant Announcement. Meet-Me/800 Dial-In/Operator Assisted Participants use an 800 number to call in and are connected to an Eagle operator.

800/Dial-In/Dedicated Operator
Participants use an 800 number to dial in and are assisted by an Eagle operator throughout the call. Services include: Q & A, Polling, Sub conferencing and Late Participant Announcement.
 
Reservationless Services

-Eagle's Reservationless options make it possible to have instant access to a conference call whenever you need it, without making a reservation or involving an Operator.
