SHIFT, a marketing software company that serves the needs of social advertisers has unveiled a new Twitter (News - Alert) ads self-service solution, which will form part of SHIFT’s open marketing cloud.
The self-service solution offers tools that help in planning, advertising and analyzing of social marketing campaigns which are used by top global brands including major advertising companies.
James Borow, co-founder and CEO of SHIFT said, “Our mission is to give Fortune 500 brands every possible advantage to maximize their marketing ROI. As a result, we’ve built enterprise marketing software that empowers brands to leverage all of their first party data themselves.”
The proprietary marketing cloud technology from SHIFT is expected to help brands automate their social marketing campaigns. This will give them access to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (News - Alert) and will help them enhance their business.
The new Twitter ads self-service solution works in similar ways to Twitter Ads API, including lead gen cards, Twitter conversion pixel stats and tailored audiences targeting, which includes both first party and Twitter firehose partners.
The Twitter self-service solution empowers marketers by providing all the critical tools on one platform. This allows users to make their Twitter advertising campaigns more effective in reaching business objectives.
Also customers will now be able to leverage Twitter not only for branding exercises but also to increase sales. The Promoted Tweets feature on this platform helps companies to launch advertising campaign to get more new customers at lower cost.
Marketers can use the data available with them to derive maximum benefit from Twitter for CRM matching, cookie retargeting and lead generation card creation, added Borow.
Recently SHIFT announced a partnership with Oracle (News - Alert) on Oracle Social Cloud’s new open API-based paid media solution. The integration with Oracle’s social relationship management (SRM) platform will enable connection and collaboration between content creation and management in SRM to promote their content across Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter via SHIFT’s Open Marketing Cloud.
