Telax Hosted Call Center, a specialist in cloud contact center software, recently partnered with Hawaii Dialogix Telecom (HDT) to deploy a fully-supported, reliable communication service in Hawaii for Skyline Eco-Adventures.

Telax will be providing its solution via its Hawaii Direct Telephone Company partnership. HDT (News - Alert) will deliver the required network services and will offer technical support services also to Skyline. Telax will provide seamless integration to enable a full serviced hosted contact center solution.
