Cloud services company EvolveIP is announcing a new client today. The company has added Prudent Publishing Company to its client roster. By becoming a client of EvolveIP, Prudent Publishing seeks to capitalize on the cost savings and productivity benefits provided by Evolve IP's (News - Alert) cloud services platform: specifically, its Evolved Call Center solution.
Evolve IP will also provide Prudent Publishing with integrated and unified services in a single cloud, including unified communications/HPBX, VDI, virtual servers, and industry software solutions such as the cloud-based call center.
The Evolved Call Center by EvolveIP is an enterprise-class virtual contact solution designed to provide contact centers of all sizes with access to a broad range of features, with increased scalability and flexibility, delivered in an economical cloud-services model.
Prudent Publishing says the adoption of The Evolved Call Center will be a big step. Prior to the switch, the company was using a dated phone system that lacked eporting capabilities. After recognizing the limitations in reporting, routing and disaster recovery, the company decided to move to the Evolve IP cloud.
